Token Foundation Long-Term Governance Transition

The $SPARQ token will begin with a governance structure managed by the 'Future of France Foundation', with plans to gradually transition toward decentralized governance. In the early stages, key decisions will be made by a board of advisors.

Over time, more governance power will shift to token holders, allowing them to vote on key ecosystem decisions.
